Doctor Mitalee

Dr. Mitalee Jathar

A masters in physiotherapy,  is a skilled physiotherapist dedicated to women’s health, with a focus on comprehensive care for expectant and new mothers. Her program integrates prenatal exercises, yoga, and Garbhsanskar, addressing every aspect of pregnancy to ensure both mother and baby are nurtured. By combining these practices, Dr. Mitalee helps create a strong foundation for the baby’s future well-being and personality development. Her holistic approach not only supports physical and emotional health but also makes the journey of parenthood smoother and more enjoyable for parents, offering the support and guidance they need to thrive.
