Hey there! My name is Dr. Mitalee Jathar, a dedicated physiotherapist and proud mom of two. This is a holistic 6-month program designed for pregnant women, focusing on physical, mental, and emotional well-being through:
  • Garbhsanskar activities that engage both brain hemispheres, stimulate fetal development, and nurture the baby’s future potential.
  • Yoga & Pilates sessions that enhance strength, flexibility, relaxation, and labor preparation.
  • Therapeutic raga music for emotional balance and deep connection with the baby.
  • The program consists of:
    • Paper-based activities (4–5 per session) for cognitive and creative stimulation.
    • Yoga & Pilates (3 sessions per week) to support physical health and labor preparation.
    • Therapeutic raga music sessions (30 minutes in the morning & 30 minutes in the evening).
    • Guided meditations, positive affirmations, and Garbhsamvad (bonding with the baby).
    • Trimester-specific diet charts to support a healthy pregnancy.
    • Workshops on breastfeeding, labor management & newborn care.
    You can start as early as possible in pregnancy. The sooner you begin, the better for your baby’s brain development and emotional bonding. However, you can join at any stage of pregnancy and still benefit from it.
    Yoga & Pilates sessions can be started from the 4th month of pregnancy onwards. These sessions are trimester-specific and safe, helping you build strength, flexibility, and endurance while preparing for labor.
    This program is carefully designed to:
    • Enhance your baby’s IQ and EQ, supporting cognitive and emotional intelligence.
    • Foster a sense of calm and security, reducing fussiness and promoting emotional stability.
